2020 brought forth unforeseen challenges for many, myself included. As a dedicated stay-at-home mom to twin boys and with my husband working as a high school teacher, the pandemic's arrival disrupted our lives. Adding to this upheaval, at the age of 37, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. In the midst of grappling with the effects of the global crisis and undergoing cancer treatment, the situation seemed overwhelming at first. However, I chose to confront this adversity with a positive outlook. I firmly believe that when life presents you with challenges, it's an opportunity to conquer it with a fresh perspective and emerge even stronger. This was the mindset that guided me.
Despite having no prior experience with a laser engraver, my husband and I brought one home and began the journey of exploration and learning. Starting with crafting personalized gifts for our friends, we gradually took the leap to establish our small business. While we initially focused on crafting wooden signs, my passion led me towards laser-engraved photographs, allowing us to create truly unique and bespoke gifts.
